How and When to Submit Edits and New Content
If you are on a paid plan (or requesting an ad hoc update), here is what we need for each type of content so we can publish it without back-and-forth.
Blog Posts
Send each post as its own file. We handle formatting, SEO metadata, featured images, and the contact form at the bottom.
- One post per document (.doc, .docx, .pdf, or .txt)
- Post title (this becomes the headline and URL slug)
- Full post body text
- Author name (as you want it displayed)
- Preferred publish date (or "next available")
- Featured image (high-res, .jpg or .png)
- Specific call-to-action for the end (we default to your standard contact form)
- Target keyword or topic (helps us optimize the title tag and meta description)
Photos and Images
New headshots, project photos, location images, or anything visual. We size, compress, and place them.

- Caption or description
- Alt text (we write it if you do not provide one)

Videos
Upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia first. Then send us the link and we embed it on your site.

How and when to submit your requests
Each month on your plan, you have a set number of update days (1 on Hosted, 2 on Growth, 4 on Authority). On any update day, send us as many items as you want in a single batch. We process everything in one session. How to submit: Write out all of your edit requests in detail in a single document or in the body of a single email. For new files (photos, documents, videos), upload them through the upload button on your onboarding page or attach them to your email. Send everything to dan@fullymarketable.com or text it to 312.404.4393. Requests received by 12pm CT, Monday through Friday, are processed within the turnaround window for your plan (72 hours for Hosted, 48 hours for Growth, 24 hours for Authority). Requests received after 12pm or on weekends begin processing the next business day. Update days do not roll over from month to month on any plan. Unused days expire at the end of each billing cycle.

You will receive a welcome email with a summary of what is included, short video walkthroughs covering how everything works, and a link back to this page for reference. Everything you need to know, on your own time.

We Connect Your Domain
We handle the technical DNS setup to connect your upgraded site to your existing domain (yourbusiness.com). If you need a new domain, we help you register one. Your site goes live without downtime.

We Set Up Google Search Console
We create and verify a Google Search Console property for your site so we can monitor how it performs in search results. This is the foundation for tracking which searches bring visitors to your site over time. Takes about 10 minutes on our end and nothing technical on yours.

Video Hosting Setup (If Applicable)
Planning to create video content, vlogs, or a podcast? We will help you set up a professional video hosting account so your media plays beautifully on your site without slowing it down.

Final Review and Launch
We do a final check of your live site: all content accurate, all links working, contact information correct, everything clean on desktop and mobile. Once confirmed, your upgraded site is officially live.
