Founder's Voice Session Agreement

1. Relationship to the Primary Agreement

This agreement is an addendum to the UpgradedWebsites.com Client Service Agreement (upgradedwebsites.com/agreement). All terms from the primary agreement apply unless specifically addressed below. By signing this addendum, you confirm that you have also read and agreed to the primary Client Service Agreement.

2. What the Founder's Voice Session Is

The Founder's Voice Session is a structured intake session designed to capture your voice, expertise, philosophies, and perspective as a business owner. The session is recorded and conducted in three 30-minute segments:

• Segment 1: About you (your background, journey, and what drives you)
• Segment 2: About your products, services, and/or industry (what you do, how you do it, and what makes your approach different)
• Segment 3: About your ideal or typical customer or client (who they are, what they need, and how you serve them)

The session is not a deliverable we provide to you. It is an intake process where we capture the context needed to produce content in your authentic voice.

3. What the Session Produces

The recorded session is used to create the following deliverables:

• A Brand Voice Profile that captures your tone, language patterns, key phrases, and communication style for use in all future content
• Founder and owner bios written in your voice
• A Greatest Hits quote sheet: a curated collection of your most compelling statements from the session, ready for use on your site, social media, and marketing materials
• 48 blog post drafts written in your voice using the context captured during the session

4. Pricing and Payment

The Founder's Voice Session is a one-time fee of $1,500. Payment must be received in full before the session is scheduled. The session will not be booked until payment is confirmed.

5. How Blog Posts Are Published

The 48 blog posts produced from your session are published through your monthly management plan. On the Authority plan, 4 blog posts are published per month, giving you approximately 12 months of content from a single session.

Without the Founder's Voice Session, Authority plan blog posts are written based on publicly available information about your business. With the session, every post is informed by your actual voice, expertise, and perspective, resulting in content that sounds like you wrote it.

Publishing cadence and delivery timelines are governed by the terms of your monthly management plan. Blog post publishing requires an active Authority plan ($297/month).

6. Content Ownership

You own all content produced from your Founder's Voice Session: the blog posts, the Brand Voice Profile, the bios, and the Greatest Hits quote sheet. This applies whether the content is hosted on your site through our platform or stored elsewhere.

At any time, you can request a downloadable file containing all of your content via Google Drive. There is no fee for this.

7. Content Exclusivity Recommendation

You are free to use your content anywhere you choose. However, we strongly recommend publishing each blog post as original content exclusively on your website and sharing it from there to third-party platforms (social media, email newsletters, LinkedIn, etc.) via links.

Publishing the same content as original on multiple platforms (for example, posting the full text on both your website and LinkedIn as separate original posts) can negatively affect your SEO, AIO indexing, and search visibility. Search engines may treat duplicate content as lower quality or may index the wrong version as the original source.

The best practice: publish on your site, share everywhere else.

8. Revisions

Revisions to blog posts, bios, or other deliverables produced from the Founder's Voice Session are handled through your monthly management plan. On the Authority plan, revision requests count as part of your update days (4 per month). If you are not on a management plan, revisions are available at $50 per edit request.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Because the Founder's Voice Session requires significant preparation and scheduling, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.

If you have paid but have not yet scheduled your session, you may request a full refund at any time.
